The personal data provided voluntarily by visitors to the websites by sending e-mail messages or filling in fields are acquired, recorded and used by FRAMAR Srl exclusively to manage the requests expressed by the senders themselves.
Methods of data processing
The data processing connected to the management of the www.framarcarpi.com site takes place at the owner’s headquarters and is handled by the personnel in charge of processing.

The interested parties to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to articles. 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the same data at FRAMAR Srl, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, cancellation, rectification, limitation if processed in violation of the law, and also to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing and lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.
