With the chisel mortising machine mod. MBO-T9 we have made a hihgly reliable electronic machine at a limited cost. The machine can make mortises of various lenghts and depths on windows, balconies and doors. It is equipped with a programmer with a backlit LC-display allowing immediate reading of entered data. Said programmer allows also to store the various programmes entered which makes the machine operation even quyicker. X-axis (longitudinal) transmission is made by trapezoidal screw driven by a speed variator plus a selfbreaking motor. The positioning is controlled by a revolving transducer (encoder ). The transversal movement is controlled by an airdraulic cylinder with adjustable speed and slides on round ground guides protected by scrapers. Lubrication by and pump, centralized. 3 pcs hydraulic pressor for clamping the pieces. Automatic table lock during operation. Chips exhaus fitting. Normalized electricals. All machine controls cannot be activated if the workpiece is not clamped. The machine is equipped with extra guides in aluminium fitted with compensating stops.
